Like a sea creature in the violet deep, Volt Jelly drifts along. Its rounded shell is layered in teal, pale mint and seafoam bands. From beneath it trails a curtain of dark tendrils, hundreds of them, crackling with small threads of white lightning. Stubby thrusters poke from its back, but it rarely uses them.
It simply drifts, glowing gently.
The soul inside was a doctor who used electric pulses to restart hearts. When she Upleveled, she kept her gift and made it bigger. Now she can restart whole ships.
Healing is her greatest power. Her tendrils wrap around damaged ships and send soft, careful jolts through their systems, fixing broken circuits and waking frozen engines. She is the Cosmic Collective's favorite medic, always floating at the back of the fleet. But her tendrils sting too. Any enemy that tries to hurt her patients gets a jolt they will not forget.
