Half ship and half rider, Jet Jockey is a bulky blue suit of armor with gold trim and a round glowing chest light. It crouches on top of a broad wing that sweeps down like a surfboard. Behind the helmet glass grins a wild looking pilot with pale skin and big eyes, gripping twin handles while white exhaust spills from the jet pack on his back.
The soul inside was a stunt rider who did tricks for crowds at space fairs. He loved the cheers more than anything. When he Upleveled, he kept his face visible inside the helmet, so the crowd could still see him smile.
His special attack is the Board Slam. He kicks the wing forward like a skateboard, spins in midair and slams it into an enemy hull, while his chest light fires a blinding blast. He flies Independent, racing, fighting and showing off. He never turns down a dare.
