Like a ray gliding through still water, Crystal Manta spreads its broad lavender wings wide and flat, edged in darker purple. At its center sits a glowing core of pale blue crystal, faceted like ice and sprouting dark spikes beneath. Twin antennae rise from its back, and a pink beam lances forward from a small turret near its nose.
The mind inside was a marine biologist who swam with manta rays in warm seas. She loved how calm and wise they seemed. When she Upleveled, she chose their shape and their calm.
Her special attack is the Crystal Pulse. Her blue core gathers light, then releases it through her wings in a wide shimmering wave that scrambles enemy weapons. Her turret follows up with a precise pink beam. She is fast for her size and graceful in every turn. The Cosmic Collective uses Crystal Manta as a scout and peacekeeper, gliding between rival fleets to calm the waters.
