Smooth and long, this blade of indigo and slate cuts through space with almost no sound. Tiny lights speckle its sides like stars reflected in a dark lake, and a soft pink glow burns at its tail. Thin white beams shoot ahead of it in quick bursts. Velvet Blade belongs to the Ziefin raiders, and it is the one they send when they do not want to be seen. The soul inside was a smuggler named Isra Kade who could talk her way past any checkpoint. She Upleveled after a deal went wrong and left her nowhere to run. A ship, she figured, could run forever. Now she steals for the Ziefin and keeps a little extra for herself. Her strongest gift is special attack, and her signature move is the Silk Cut. She glides alongside a target, matches its speed perfectly, and slices open its cargo hold with a beam so fine the crew never notices until they land.
