Charcoal wings traced in electric green, a lime canopy shining like a streetlight, cyan lamps winking along its frame. Neon Gunner glows like a city at midnight. Its wings sweep wide in a crouched stance, as if it is about to pounce, and under its nose a rotary cannon spits a hot white flare.
The pilot inside was a night courier who raced through neon streets delivering anything to anyone, no questions asked. When a job went wrong, she Upleveled to survive it, and she kept the lights on so she would never forget where she came from. She works Independent, hired by whoever needs a gun that sees in the dark.
Its signature attack is the Neon Storm, a spinning burst of glowing rounds powered by its strong special attack. The brighter the hull shines, the harder each round hits, and in a dark sky it shines very bright indeed.
