Somewhere a storm learned to crawl. Storm Scarab is a giant beetle with a dark green ridged shell, long jointed legs and a curled tail. From every claw and leg tip leap white bolts of lightning, splitting the sky around it. A red eye glares from its head, and its tail fires a long green beam.
It does not fly so much as walk across the heavens, and it is enormous, big enough to cast a shadow over small moons. Among the Behemoths, it is one of the loudest.
There is a soul inside, though few believe it. A weather scientist volunteered to Uplevel into a creature found sleeping inside a gas giant. She hoped to calm it. Instead it woke up, and now they share the storm together.
Its signature attack is the Thunder Crown, driven by its massive special attack. Every leg fires at once, wrapping the battlefield in a cage of lightning that nothing can cross.
