Service record
Swirling green camouflage ripples like water over its bulky hull, and a finned tail lifts high behind it. Jade Scythe has a long antenna arcing from its back, and beneath its body hangs a mechanical arm with a pair of curved silver blades. Twin green blasters flash from the front in bright streaks, and a round green lamp glows near its nose.
Jade Scythe is a Ziefin raider, and its attack is one of the highest among fighters. The blasters soften a target. Then the arm swings out and the silver scythes cut through cargo bays, cables and armor like grass. The camouflage shifts color to match the space around it, so targets rarely see it coming.
The soul inside was a farmer who grew rice on a jungle world. When drought hit, the farm failed and the debts piled up. The Ziefin offered him a way out. Now he harvests ships instead of fields. He hates it more than he admits. He still swings the scythes like he is cutting rice.
