Shade Saucer
It hangs above your sky like a ribcage of night, and when its lights go out the rain that follows is not water.

Ribbed like the skeleton of some deep sea creature, this wide dark saucer hovers above a sea of clouds. Long grey spines stick out from its rim in every direction. A pink pilot brain pulses under a clear dome at the top. Bright white lights glow along its hull like eyes. From its underside, pale blue spikes and green beams rain down toward the clouds below.
Shade Saucer is one of the Cyborons, a rogue ship that slipped free of its makers. The soul inside was a weather pilot who flew storm planes for years. During the merge, the ship's cold brain swallowed most of who she was. What is left still loves the sky, but not the people under it.
Its power is the Shade Storm, driven by its high special attack. It drops a curtain of beams and needles that cover miles of ground at once. Its heavy ribbed hull gives it strong defense, and it rarely has to move to win.
