Tall and oval like a giant seed, this ship rises through the purple void in layers of olive green and teal armour. Long curved prongs reach down from its base like claws, a single white eye glows on its front, and an orange pilot brain rests just above it. Beneath it, a twisting bolt of blue electricity crackles and snaps, pushing it upward.
Volt Pod was never meant to have a mind. It began as an automated mining drone that harvested lightning from gas giants. Then one storm struck it so hard that something woke up inside. It found a stray human memory in its data banks, a lineman who repaired power lines in the rain, and it built itself a soul around him.
Its special attack is the Charge Spike. The prongs dig into a target and dump a full storm of stored energy at once. The Cyborons claim Volt Pod as one of their own, though it still answers to the name of a man it never met.
