Floppy guards The Capital's great archive, the library that holds the history, laws and science of every Capital world. Inside is Professor Ellis Grant, a librarian who spent fifty years protecting rare books from floods, fires and thieves. When The Capital needed a guardian for its most important knowledge, he volunteered with tears in his eyes. His defense and HP are strong, but his special attack is his best weapon. His signature power is the Data Burst. He fires a blinding stream of encoded light that scrambles enemy computers, leaving their ships confused and powerless.
