Rising like a royal fan over the sands of space, Pharaoh is a sail of gold and sapphire. Its hull spreads wide from a single golden spine, ribbed with slender rays that fade from deep violet to warm amber. A crown of sharp golden spikes lines its curved edge, and small flames flicker at its base where the thrusters burn.
Pharaoh flies for The Capital, and it guards their oldest trade lanes. It moves slowly, but it does not need to be fast. When it turns its broad face toward danger, it becomes a wall that allies hide behind without a second thought.
The soul inside was a museum keeper who spent her life protecting treasures behind glass. When she Upleveled, she asked for a body that could protect people instead. Now she feels every hit on her sail like a drumbeat, and she does not flinch.
Her greatest strength is defense. The Sun Veil spreads light across every rib of the sail, turning lasers into harmless sparks. Then the stored heat flows up the spine and fires back from the spikes in a crown of golden darts.
