Blazing spikes of gold and white light burst outward from a small red heart. That is Star Sovereign, less a ship than a star in motion. The spikes are sharp as blades, and ribbons of white lightning twist around them, curling through the deep red sky.
It moves with royal grace, and everything near it seems to bow.
The mind inside was an astronomer who studied the birth of stars for fifty years. When she was very old, she Upleveled with one wish: to become one. The Directory granted it.
Her special attack is Supernova. She pulls her golden spikes inward, gathering all her light into her red heart, then releases it in a burst that can light an entire system and burn away whole fleets. Star Sovereign is one of the greatest powers of the Cosmic Collective, and she knows it. She does not fight often. When she does, the battle is usually over in a flash.
