Service record
Blades out, engines roaring, this armored hornet buzzes straight into battle. Shear Hornet has a sleek green and black body with a striped silver turbine glowing at its center. From its head fan long curved blades, silver with red tips, spread like the jaws of a giant insect. Orange flames burst from its rear as it charges.
It does not shoot from afar. It closes in and slices.
The Cyborons built this one from scratch. The mind inside is a hunting program designed to protect mining swarms from space pests. It grew bigger ambitions. It chose to Uplevel into a real body and now hunts much larger game.
Its signature attack is the Shear Dive, powered by its strong attack and sharp special attack. It dives at full speed, blades spread wide, and cuts clean through armor and wings alike. Smaller ships scatter like startled insects when they hear its buzz.
