Service record
It coils through space like a skeletal sea dragon. Bone Serpent bends a green and salmon body ribbed with pale bony spines. Two long red spikes cross through its middle in a big X, and a cluster of orange, red and blue engine pods rides on its tail. A spiked collar frames its head, and from its jaws a wide white beam pours out across the violet sky.
Bone Serpent is a Ziefin hunter, and it is fast for its size. Its special attack is huge. The white beam is so hot that it melts armor into puddles, and the serpent sweeps it across fleets in long curves.
The soul inside was once a famous treasure diver who searched shipwrecks in deep ocean trenches. She found a wreck of a great beast, made of bones that glowed. She touched it, and something touched her back. The Ziefin found her later, her mind already half merged with the bones. They built a ship around her. Now she dives through space instead of water, hunting for treasure, and taking it.
