Low and coiled like a snake about to strike, this sea green striker has orange trim and a glowing orange hub at its nose, whirled around by rings of shimmering light. Two long legs reach down from its body, each ending in red engines that leave twisting white trails across the hot pink sky. A violet light glows on its side like a single watching eye.
Rotor Viper is a Ziefin ambusher. It hides in asteroid shadows with its rotors still, waiting. When a target passes, the hub spins up in a heartbeat, and the viper lunges. Its special attack is a spinning blast from the rotor rings, a drill of light that bores straight through shields.
The soul inside was a getaway driver for a gang on a crowded city world. She was the best there was, and she knew it. When the gang fell apart, the Ziefin recruited her. She Upleveled into a hull that looks almost friendly, a lot like a famous racer. That is the trick. By the time anyone notices the difference, it is too late.
