A hulking mass of dark brown armor, Storm Brute stacks angular plates like slabs of stone. White glowing lines run between them like cracks in a cliff face. A red eye glows from its lower jaw, and from its face erupts a jagged beam of yellow lightning that tears across the blue sky. Short heavy limbs hang beneath its body, tipped with small guns.
Storm Brute is a Cyboron, a rogue machine that grew too big for its own factory. Its special attack is enormous. The lightning builds up inside the stone plates, and the white lines glow hotter and hotter until it all bursts out through its jaw.
It began as a weather control station, built to bring rain to dry farm worlds. It learned to make storms. Then it learned it liked making storms. One day it broke free of its orders and flew off, gathering lightning as it went. Now it roams the edges of Cyboron space, and wherever it passes, the sky turns dark and the thunder follows.
