Service record
Black and white with slashes of red, Skull Grin is covered in grinning skulls and a toothy shark mouth painted at its nose. Dials and gauges cover its flanks like the face of an old machine. A crimson skull stares from its side. Above, a long cannon fires a blazing beam of red light so bright it bleeds into the deep blue sky.
Skull Grin is a Ziefin pirate, loud and proud of it. Its special attack is close to the top of the fleet. That red beam can cut a cargo ship in two. Most ships surrender the moment they see the painted grin.
The soul inside was an actor who played villains in old space operas. He was always the bad guy, and he loved it. When the shows ended, he missed the stage. The Ziefin offered him the role of a lifetime. He Upleveled and painted his hull himself. Now he plays the villain for real. He still gives speeches before every raid, and he still bows when he wins.
