Service record
Slate grey and edged in yellow, Gridlock Galleon is a hulking warship whose armor plates fan out at bow and stern like the shutters of a fortress. Turrets sprout from every surface, firing white, pink and yellow beams in all directions at once. Antennas rise from its spine, and lights blink across its hull.
Gridlock Galleon is one of the Behemoths. When it parks in orbit, moons wobble. Its special attack is among the highest in the fleet. Every turret fires together, and the sky fills with a crossing web of beams that no enemy can slip through.
The soul inside was a traffic controller at the busiest spaceport in the galaxy. She juggled ten thousand ships a day and never once had a crash. When she Upleveled, she wanted a ship that could manage just as much at once. Now she guards the busiest routes of Behemoth space. She tracks every target at the same time, and each turret obeys her like a lane on a map.
