Battery Caterpillar

Long and segmented like a huge caterpillar, this warship crawls across the deep red sky in plates of teal armour. Each segment is crowned with a tall glowing fin, and another row of fins runs underneath like legs. Below every segment sits a cannon, and together they fire a rolling storm of bright yellow green bolts. A dark armoured head leads the way, with a red eye and sharp horns on its front.

It is so long that whole fleets can shelter in its shadow. The soul at its head was Marta, a train conductor who drove cargo lines across a desert world for forty years. She chose Uplevel because she missed the feeling of a long, steady load behind her.

Its strongest stat is special attack. Battery Caterpillar fires the Rolling Barrage, cannon after cannon in a wave that walks down its body and back again. Among the Behemoths it is slow, but once it starts firing, it does not stop until the job is done.
