Rising thunder takes the shape of a golden fortress in Crescendo. Its broad yellow hull is stacked in tiers of armor like the pipes of a great organ, each layer studded with guns. Twin heavy cannons jut forward from its upper deck, while rows of turrets along its sides pour orange tracers and blue bolts into the sky.
Crescendo is a Guardian of The Capital. It protects their great concert halls, universities and capitals, the places that make civilization worth having.
The soul inside was an orchestra conductor who led the same symphony for forty years. When war came to her city, she Upleveled to protect the music. Now she conducts a different kind of orchestra.
Its top stats are special attack and defense. Its signature is the Rising Chord. Crescendo starts with a single shot, then adds another, then another, building faster and louder until every gun fires at once in a final blinding crash. Its tiered armor soaks up the hits along the way. When the last note fades, the battle is usually over.
