Dutch

Picture a floating city at war, and you have Dutch. Its broad saucer of a hull is ringed with glowing cyan walkways, and above them rise a cluster of tall navy towers, each bristling with turrets. Streams of yellow fire pour from every side, while bolts of cyan lightning crackle around its lower hull.

Dutch is a pride of The Capital, a working city with homes, schools and gardens inside its walls. When peace holds, it drifts from world to world, trading and building. When danger comes, the towers wake.

The soul inside was a city mayor who could not bear to watch her town evacuate one more time. So she Upleveled into the town itself. Now every citizen walking those cyan paths is someone she has sworn to keep safe.

Its strongest stat is special attack, and its signature is the Skyline Barrage. Every tower fires at once, turning the sky gold with tracers while lightning arcs out to fry anything that slips close. Its armor is thick and its health is enormous, so Dutch never backs down. It cannot. Everyone it loves is inside.
