Long and olive green, this warship is built like an old artillery tank with an enormous cannon stretching far out from its back. A crane arm holds a missile ready to load, yellow and black hazard stripes mark its rear, and bright blue engines glow beneath it. Mark Zero is The Capital's oldest warship, the very first ever built with an Upleveled mind. Inside is General Owen Hart, a soldier who fought in the last great war on Earth. When The Capital needed a mind to test their first warship, he volunteered. That was fifty years ago. His special attack is a nine, among the strongest in the fleet. His signature power is the Long Shot. He aims his giant cannon at a target far beyond sight and fires a single shell that crosses entire star systems before striking with perfect accuracy.
