Two huge wings spread wide like a dragon taking off. They are striped in bands of orange and gold across a speckled red skin. Beneath them rides a sleek steel blue body with a pink brain glowing under glass at the nose. From the tail swings a long black chain, and at the end spins a spiked metal star crackling with white sparks.
That star is the flail. Tiger Flail whips it around in wide circles, faster and faster, until the chain is a blur. Then it lets fly. The spiked star smashes through armor and leaves a burst of lightning behind. It has a strong mix of attack and special attack, so every hit lands twice.
The soul inside was a circus performer who juggled fire for crowds on a carnival world. When raiders burned the carnival down, she Upleveled and joined the Cosmic Collective to make sure it never happened to anyone else. She still loves an audience. She spins the flail a few extra times before every strike, just for show.
