Folded from living leaves like a paper bird, Maul Flower soars on the warm winds of the frontier. Its body is a long green stem with a slender beak at the front, and broad glossy leaves fan out from its sides as wings, each one traced with pale veins. Bright orange petals trail behind it like tail feathers, and a small flame flickers from its tail as it flies.
Maul Flower is a Healer for The Capital, and heal is its strongest stat. It travels the farm worlds and frontier towns, mending ships, crops and people wherever it lands.
The soul inside was a florist who sold flowers at weddings and funerals for thirty years. She knew how much a single bloom could mean on the worst day of someone's life. When she Upleveled, she wanted to bring that comfort to the whole frontier.
Its signature power is the Petal Rain. Maul Flower beats its leafy wings and scatters glowing orange petals over a battlefield. Each one that touches a hull seals a crack or restores a shield. When pressed, the same petals harden into tiny blades, a reminder that every flower has thorns.
